The Process
How To Sell Your Property
To list your property with us, you’ll need to provide:
- A signed CC Sales mandate form
- Copy of the title deed(s)
- Registered owner’s ID and/or company details (if governed by a Trust/Company)
- If the owner is deceased, the appointed executor’s details (with letters of administration)
We’ll appraise, photograph, and market your property across our platforms and networks. We then coordinate and host viewings with pre-qualified potential buyers.
We facilitate negotiations between you and the buyer until a formal offer is accepted and the Agreement of Sale is drafted and signed by both parties.
We handle the transfer documentation, ensure capital gains tax clearance is obtained, and coordinate with conveyancers until the property is officially transferred and funds are released.
